Ordered Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM?
Your order will be shipped the same day (this means it is not delivered the same day). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Our 400x200x100 cm frame pools are shipped on a pallet and can be processed starting from the next business day after your order.
Ordered Monday to Thursday between 2:00 PM and 11:59 PM?
Your order will be processed from Monday onwards and shipped as soon as possible.
Ordered after 2:00 PM on Friday, or during the weekend?
Weekend shopping is always a treat! Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning. A perfect start to your new week!
Longer delivery time?
Some items may have a longer delivery time. If so, this will always be mentioned on the product page and in your order confirmation. Delivery delays may also occur at DPD. Please check your Track & Trace. If there is no update after 3 days, feel free to contact us.

Free Shipment
Shop your favourites and enjoy free shipping on orders over €50 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, and France. Free shipping is not available for all other countries.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse processes orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
