Every child discovers water at their own pace. It starts with getting used to the water and building confidence. From there, your little one learns to float, move and find their balance through play. Our swim vests are designed to support children during this stage of discovery: they offer support and confidence, but never replace adult supervision or swimming skills.
Please note that weight is only a guideline and does not always guarantee the right fit for every child.
The right size may vary depending on your little one’s body shape and build. A child with a narrower chest and waist may need a smaller size, while a child with a broader build may need a larger size. Always check that the swim vest fits snugly and securely.
Swim Vest 11–15 kg
Our swim vest for children weighing 11–15 kg (approximately 1–2 years old) helps little ones become comfortable in the water through play. It supports floating, but it is not a life jacket: your child still needs to use their own strength and movement to stay balanced.
Children at this age often do not yet have the strength to keep themselves upright while floating, even when wearing a swim vest. They need the support and assistance of a parent or other responsible adult.
Swim Vest 15–19 kg
Our swim vest for children weighing 15–19 kg (approximately 2–3 years old) is designed for little ones who feel a bit more confident in the water and want to practise floating and moving. At this stage, children often have more strength to keep themselves upright with the support of a swim vest. It provides extra support during those first swimming experiences, but it is not a life jacket: your child still needs to move actively to stay balanced. It is still important for a parent or caregiver to stay within arm’s reach of the child at all times.
Swim Vest 19–30 kg
Our swim vest for children weighing 19-30 kg (approximately 3–6 years old) is designed for children who are already at ease in the water and are practising floating, moving and their first strokes. It supports floating, but it is not a life jacket: your child still needs to move actively and use their own strength to stay balanced. It is still important for a parent or caregiver to stay within arm’s reach of the child at all times.
WARNING: This is not a life-saving device and must not be used on a boat. Use only under constant adult supervision. Never leave children unattended while in or near water. This product does not protect against drowning. Always ensure the device is securely and correctly fitted before use.

Puddle Jumpers consist of a floating (foam) vest with arm and shoulder bands. This gives your child extra stability and more freedom of movement.
Arm Bands, on the other hand, go only around the arms and need to be inflated. They are usually lower in price, but a Puddle Jumper generally lasts longer.
Both our Swim Vests and Puddle Jumpers are designed with safety and ease of use in mind.
The Puddle Jumper features a double buckle on the back, specially designed to keep the vest secure and in place. This ensures it stays on firmly while swimming and prevents your child from taking it off on their own.
The swim vest is equipped with a reliable auto-lock zipper on the front, combined with an additional Velcro strap between the legs. This combination ensures the vest stays securely in place, allowing your child to enjoy the water safely and comfortably.
Our puddle jumpers and swim vests are designed as swimming aids and personal protective equipment (PPE) that help children float and move in the water. However, these products are not classified as life jackets and therefore do not offer the same level of safety as an official life jacket.
