Weight matters more than age here. The puddle jumper covers 15 to 30 kg, and most three-year-olds sit comfortably inside that range with plenty of room left to grow. Three is also the age where many children start swimming lessons, and a puddle jumper suits that stage well: it holds your child in a natural upright position, which is the position they need for their first strokes. Is your child still under 15 kg? Then our arm bands for 0 to 2 years are the better fit for the time being, made for children between 11 and 15 kg. Would you rather have the support around the body than around the arms?
